ANDY
Managing Partner of Khonsu
I first came to Thailand as a foreigner — and went through the entire journey from scratch: from my first visits to Immigration to opening my own company and dealing with local government authorities. Today, I speak and read Thai fluently and understand how everything works — not just by the letter of the law, but in real-life practice.

Khonsu was built on that experience — a legal firm that helps foreigners run their businesses in Thailand legally and with confidence.

In our work, details matter. We know where problems can arise and prevent them in advance. We don’t make empty promises — only offer real solutions. I fully trust my team: our lawyers, accountants, auditors, and visa specialists work with professionalism and a deep understanding of the local system.

Khonsu is a service you can rely on — because we’ve been through this journey ourselves.

Sawadeekap, Farang!

My name is Roman Mikhailov. I’m a qualified lawyer from Russia, with years of legal practice and courtroom experience. I worked in major companies in Moscow and represented clients in court proceedings with full legal responsibility.

My legal journey also took me abroad — I studied at the Bar Association of Barcelona in Spain and trained at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.

Today I live in Thailand. And while a foreigner (a farang) cannot officially work as a lawyer here, I can share my knowledge and experience.
After living in Thailand for over three years, I’ve learned how the system works — not only in theory, but in practice.

At Khonsu, I hope to use that experience to help others navigate the Thai legal landscape with more clarity and confidence.
