Step-by-step plan

Company registration
Foreigners can own up to 49% of the shares of a Thai Company Limited in Thailand.

Licenses

Social Security Office
In order to register a company with the SSO it's mandatory to have at least one Thai employee.

3 month business visa
Business visa (NON-B) for 3 months. Obtained at the Thai Embassy abroad.

Work permit
Work permit is available for 1 or 2 years.

Business visa for 1 year
Extension of Business visa (NON-B) for 1 year. No need to leave the country.
